GenPro at Tri-Con 2015

Genome Profiling's Annamarie Pasqualone will deliver a presentation titled “GenPro: Predictive Epigenetic Biomarker Discovery” at the 2015 Molecular Medicine Tri-Con meeting in San Francisco. The presentation will be on Wednesday, February 18 at 3:20 p.m. in the Epigenomics in Disease meeting session. Ms. Pasqualone will describe how Genome Profiling's computational genetic analysis technology transforms standard next-generation sequencing (NGS) data into quantifiable methylation profiles and novel epigenetic biomarkers that enable researchers and clinicians to help make precision medicine a reality for patients afflicted with life-threatening diseases. Ms. Pasqualone will describe the results of GenPro's latest project–a collaborative study to identify predictive epigenetic biomarkers in triple negative breast cancer–in order to demonstrate the clinical utility of GenPro's technology.
